He is survived by: his wife Patsy Deese Cook; his son Jay; his daughter-in-law Blythe "Brie" Cook; his grandchildren, Whitney Stallings (Keelan), Chandler Cook, Isaac Cantrell, Andrew Cantrell, Ethan Cantrell and Caroline Cantrell; his great grandchildren, Madison Stallings and Olivia Stallings; his brother Ronnie Cook (Sybil); and his in-laws, Rita Snipes, Frank Deese, Marie, John Morgan, Ronnie, Essie Deese, Perry and Chris Deese. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
