He is survived by: his children, Daphnie Hallman (Ricky) and Lacey Sightler (Ty); his grandchildren, Russ Allen, Jr. (McCella Martin) and Daigan Hallman; his great grandchildren, Briar Allen and Kapers Allen; and his siblings, Syliva Moore and Linda Carpenter.
