He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Wood Hall and Osa Jane Jarvis Hall; and his brothers, Larry Wayne Hall and Roger Dale Hall. He is survived by: his siblings, James "Jim" Allen Hall of New Ellenton, SC, Martha Jane Starcher (Hall) of Spencer, WV, Keith Lloyd Hall of New Ellenton, SC, Carol Annette Hall, Rose Mary Hall Smith (Greg) of Wagener, SC and Eric William Hall (Rachel) of Harmony, WV. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
