She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Gardner and May Bell Gardner; her husband Willie E. Wise Sr.; her son Tommy R. Gardner; and her siblings, Vandalus "Tap" Gardner, Samantha "Tiny" Gardner, Annabelle "Tip" Gardner Johnson, Blondell "Tooley" Gardner Boyd and Cynthia "Tete" Wise.
She is survived by: her son Willie Edward Wise Jr.; her grandchildren, Andrea Gardner, Samantha Gardner, Christopher R. Peters, Brandon Wise, DeShawn Bostick, Joshua Wise and Tamia "Lady Bug" Wise; and her siblings-in-law, Joseph Wise (Al Wise), Joyce Wise, Brenda Holley and Paul Wise. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other loving relatives, and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Robinson Funeral Home (190 Railroad St W, Wagener, SC 29164). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church (1077 SC-39, Williston, SC 29853).
