He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Arthur Nowell, Emily Dendy Nowell, John Loy Stephens and Blondine Williams Stephens. He is survived by: his parents, Allen Nowell, Sr. (Laveta) and Mary Stephens Mann (Tom); and his siblings, AJ Nowell, Lizzy Larsen and Peggy Mullis.
