She is survived by : her husband Walter "Russell" Evans of Walhalla; her daughters, Brandy Head (Adam) of Westminster, Kayla Ball of West Union, Jennifer Broome (Bruce) of Westminster and Amy Bolt of Westminster; her siblings, Jim Dodd (Mary Jo) of Franklin, NC, Annette Dodd Johnson of West Union, Karen Pelfrey (Danny) of West Union and Helen Dodd Best (Rick) of Maryland; and her grandchildren, Bryson Baggett, Colton Head, Josiah Head and Hadleigh Baggett.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the West Union Baptist Church (218 W Main St, West Union, SC 29696). A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
