He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Addis and Inez Long Addis. He is survived by: his sons, Shane Addis (Lisa) and Chris Addis (Brooke); his siblings, Jerry Addis, Randall Addis, Glennis Coghill and Penny Milford; and his grandchildren, Mason Addis, Kenzie Addis, Finley Addis and Logan Addis. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
