She was predeceased by : her husband James Erwood Griffin of Walhalla; her parents, Kay Hudson and Eloise Owens Hudson; and her siblings, Eldon, Jerry Hudson and Irene Heddon.

She is survived by : her children, Dallas Griffin (Julia), Randall Griffin (Rene), Don Griffin (Ra) and Robin Griffin; and her siblings, Bennie Hudson, Margaret Genco, Joyce Gibson (Les) and Eunice Whittamore. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
