She was predeceased by: her husband Billy E. McNeer; her parents, Clem James and Clara Thomas James; her daughter Lisa Haddad; and her siblings, Bobby, Riley James, Betty James Crane, Mary Haynes and Pat Owens.
She is survived by: her sister Brenda Hunnicutt of Walhalla, SC; and her grandchildren, Bryce Hamby, Cade Hamby and Rylee Hamby.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 1st 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Sandifer Funeral Home (512 E Main St, Westminster, SC 29693). A memorial service will be held on Monday, June 1st 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Sandifer Funeral Home Chapel (512 E Main St, Westminster, SC 29693).
