He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret Irene Dover Crowe of Walhalla; his parents, James L. Crowe and Dollie Orr Crowe; and his siblings, Nelson Crowe, Christine Owens and Opal Lee Crowe.
He is survived by: his daughters, Vera Mullenix (Bart) of Walhalla and Teresa Sheriff (Timothy) of West Union; and his grandchildren, April Vereb, Matthew Vereb, Karis Jetton and Lauran Sheriff. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
