He is survived by : his mother Janice Lane Sistare; his wife Autumn Sistare (LeBlanc); his sons, Christian Sage Kinsey (Destiney), Michael Gage Sistare (Brittney) and Tyler Lee Green; his grandchildren, Evelynn, Liam, Vivienne and Aspyn; his niece Savanna; and his nephew James.
