He is survived by: his parents, Vance Bieman Welch and Elizabeth Jennings Welch Vaughn; his children, Matthew Welch, Shane Welch, Robbie Pelfrey and Paige Thompson (David J.); his brother Martain "Marty" Bradley Welch; and his grandchildren, Daelyn, Brynn and Aiden "Bubba".
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Davenport Funeral Home (311 SC-11, West Union, SC 29696).
