He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Williams and Leola Harkless Williams; and his sisters, Theola Williams and Annie Mae McNeil. He is survived by: his siblings, Jerry Williams, Jasper Williams, David Brown, Jerome Brown, Emma Lee Brown and Cassandra McDuffie; and his niece Jamie Williams. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
