Portalatain; and his siblings, Billy Welch, Danny Hughes, Eunice Garner, Helen Fricks, Brenda Bates, Linda Alexander, Fran Davis and Mildred Broderick.
He is survived by: his son Martain "Marty" Welch; his sister Gail Kelley; and his grandchildren, Matthew Welch, Shane Welch, Robbie Pelfrey, Paige Thompson (David J.), Jennifer Gladitsh, Beth Portalatin and Justin Portalatin. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
