He was predeceased by : his parents, Norman Blue Sr. and Sarah Hearn Blue Maness; his siblings, Malcolm "Button" Blue, Carlton Blue, Joy Blue and Linda Blue Rollins; and his grandson Matthew Randall.
He is survived by : his wife Darlene Cottingham Blue of Wallace, SC; and his children, Melinda Randall (Michigan), Allen Blue (Lara) of Aberdeen and Chris Blue of Vass. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
