It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Allen Ritter of Walterboro, South Carolina, who passed away on January 19, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James A. Ritter, Sr. and Gladys Poitevint Ritter; his grandson Logan Dodds; and his brother Jackie Lee Ritter. He is survived by: his wife Sarah Fennell Ritter; his children, Debra R. Dodds and Jack A. Ritter; his granddaughters, Jessica Dodds Stone and Sarah Marie Ritter; and his great grandchildren, Harris Marion Stone and Thomas Lawrence Stone.
