She is survived by: her husband Vernon Bowens of Ravenel; her son Travis Bryant of Smoaks; her grandchildren, Shamiricle Murray of Smoaks and Tyreek Bryant of Walterboro; her siblings, Frankie Pinckney of Smoaks, South, Carolina, Rebecca J. Milton (Herbert) of Fredericksburg, Virginia, Shameka Wiggins of Jacksonville, Sierra Wiggins of Florence, James E. Bryant (Shirley) of Hampton, Johnny Bryant of Walterboro and Elijah Bryant, Jr. of Smoaks; her father-in-law Willie Bowens of Hollywood; her siblings-in-law, Jamie Drayton (Sonora), Willie Drayton (Margaret), Shawn Holmes (Jerry), Jerry Bowens, Sharon Trusdale (Isaiah), Shirley Johnson, Danielle Holmes, Ira Roach, Debra Hilton and Kathy Dicks; her goddaughters, Neshell Renee Anderson and Teresa Childs; and her close friends, Lois Stephens and Gloria Hilliard. She is also survived by other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Stephens Funeral Home (1767 Jefferies Hwy, Walterboro, SC 29488). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Beulah Baptist Church (1986 Beulah Rd, Smoaks, SC 29481).
