Betty Thomas Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Thomas of Walterboro, South Carolina, who passed away on December 6, 2023 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband William C. "Bill" Thomas; her father Benjamin Hearl Crosby, Sr.; and her siblings, Benjamin "Buster" Crosby and Millie Avant. She is survived by : her children, Teresa McDonald (Wesley) of Walterboro and Wayne Thomas (Pam) of Walterboro; her grandchildren, April Thomas Cooke (Wesley), Wanda Phillips Yarbrough (Kevin), Nicholas Wayne Thomas, Ken Maness, Chuck Maness (Tracey), Josh Maness (Alicia), Stephanie Maness and Courtney McDonald Wilkins (Jason); and her sister Laveria Nettles. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
