He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlisle Strickland and Mary Jo Reeves Strickland; and his brothers, Carl Strickland and Robert "Micky" Strickland. He is survived by: his wife Martha Munn Strickland; his son Kyle Strickland (Leah) of Walterboro; his grandchildren, Anna Strickland, Kate Strickland, Ally Smoak (Reese), Rachel Wright and Jaxson Wright; and his siblings-in-law, Dr. John Munn, Dr. Jim Munn, Mary Ann Munn and Linda T. Strickland. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
