He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth Hogan Campbell; his parents, Curtis Purcey and Florie Ford Bouges Campbell; and his siblings, William L. Bouges, Norman W. Bouges, Eva Lou B. Johnson and Naomi B. Gantt.
He is survived by: his daughter Catina P. Campbell of Baton Rouge, Louisiana; his grandchildren, Bradley Jr. and Braylan Artis; his great grandchildren, Kyrei and Kamyri Artis of Baton Rouge, Louisiana; his siblings, Etta E. Cockrum, Malinthia C. Bryant of Walterboro and Windell R. Gantt of Walterboro; and his nephew Robert L. Gantt. He is also survived by other relatives, and friends.
Viewing was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Stephens Funeral Home (1767 Jefferies Hwy, Walterboro, SC 29488). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
