He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirley Jo Elwood Livingston and John William Livingston Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Jessica Ritter Livingston; his children, Ginger Sanders (Jerry) and John Livingston (Cindy); his stepsons, Steven Kelley Smith (Siobhan) and Joseph Shannon Smith (Kimberly); his sister Marci Mauthe; and the mother of his children Linda. He is also survived by grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
