With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Delores Colleton-Ferguson of Walterboro, South Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 3, 2025 at the age of 62. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Henry Colleton and Patricia Colleton; her aunt Renner Mae Haynes; her uncles, Clyde Williams, Jessie Gant, Jimmy Williams and John Wesley Gant; her sisters-in-law, Shirley Ferguson and Lillie Dent; her husband Marvin Ferguson; her children, Marcus Ferguson (Natalie) and Kewannza Ferguson; her grandchildren, Camiyah Martin and Malcom Ferguson; her siblings, Bruce Colleton and Vanessa Pinckney (Kwame); her mother-in-law Viola Ferguson (Lorriane Hamilton); her siblings-in-law, Carolyn Thompson, Doris Edwards (Alvin), Sylvia Allen (Franklin), Cora Thompson (Dennis), Ray Ferguson (Christina) and Sherman Ferguson; her niece Va'shronda Sellers; her uncles, Cleveland Gant and Isaac Gant (Jean); her aunt Virginia Guerrier; her close friends, Joyce Gaines and Denise Manigo; and her godson Zander Sellers.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Stephens Funeral Home (1767 Jefferies Hwy, Walterboro, SC 29488). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mt. Zion A. M. E. Church (3824 Coolers Dairy Rd, Round O, SC 29474).
