She is survived by: her aunt Miriam; her sister Cassandra Ackerman (Ernest); her nieces and nephews, Teshena Ackerman, Tyrone Monty Ackerman, Terrance Ackerman (Sontia) and Karen Jackson; and her aunts and uncles, Shirley Brown (EJ), Joann Ackerman-Dubois, Robert Ackerman, Oscar Ackerman (Sharleen) and Bettye Stephens Coney. She is also survived by great nieces, great nephews, cousins and caring friends.
