He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Everette A. Smoak and Carol Patricia Colley Smoak; his son Jonathan Smoak; his sister Susan Morris (Allen); his close friend Christina Simmons; and his former wife Debbie Diane Smoak. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
