He was predeceased by: his wife Sheba Warren Lowery; his parents, Norman Lowery and Florence Lowery; and his sister Patsy Lowery. He is survived by: his children, Wendy "Shug" Lowery Martin, Anthony "Tony" Lowery, Harold Lowery Jr. and Melissa Parrish; his grandsons, Tyler O'Quinn (Skyler) and Dustin O'Quinn (Tori); his great grandchild EllaLeigh Mae O'Quinn; and his siblings, Norma Lee Weeks, Laverne Martin, Judy Campbell (David), Kathleen Shell (Wayne), Eugene Lowery (Dorothy) and Kenneth Lowery.
