He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Leon Prescott and Hazel Benton Robertson; and his sisters, Rebecca Prescott, Pamela Prescott and Nancy Hunnewell.

He is survived by: his son Glen Prescott of Walterboro; his siblings, Sharon Hiers (Herbert) of Walterboro, Mildred Robertson of Walterboro and Tarris Prescott of Walterboro; and his close friends, Chris and Amy Carter of Walterboro. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
