He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Rowe and Norma Otis Rowe. He is survived by: his wife Mari-Beth McGuinn Rowe of Walterboro; and his stepchildren, Rod Skinner of Mount Pleasant and Niki Skinner Cowick of Surfside.
