She was predeceased by: her husband John Thomas Stieglitz, Jr.; her parents, Audie Phelps and Doris Marlow Phelps; and her siblings, Michael Phelps and Suzanne Phelps Watson.
She is survived by: her children, John Stieglitz, III (Robin) of Walterboro, Tammy Stieglitz (Kenny) of Charleston, Jason Stieglitz (Elizabeth) of Summerville and Jarrett Stieglitz (Lindsay) of Central; her brother Mark Phelps of North Carolina; her sister-in-law Mary Stieglitz Solomon of Charleston; her grandchildren, Seslie Jones, Madison Terry (Austin), Jase Stieglitz (Kayla), Megan Stieglitz (Martin), Kayleigh Stieglitz, Jacob Stieglitz and Jameson Stieglitz; and her great grandchildren, Elias Jones, Paisley Stieglitz, Enessa Jones and Jasper Stieglitz. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
