With solemn reverence, we commemorate Kitty Howell of Walterboro, South Carolina, whose life came to an end on October 14, 2025 at the age of 82, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Stewart and Catherine Stewart Sr.; her daughter Mary Howell; and her brother John Stewart. She is survived by: her husband Madison Howell; her children, Cam Howell McAdams (West) of Sumter and Buck Howell (Marie) of Walterboro; her grandchildren, John Fletcher, Scott Fletcher, Callie McAdams, Douglas McAdams, Jane McAdams, Ann Howell and Maddie Howell; her siblings, Ann Monroe (Jim) of Winston Salem and Charles Stewart (Tamera) of Brooksville, Florida; and her siblings-in-law, Bill Howell (Gail) of Walterboro, Lad Howell (Sissy) of Beaufort, Boo Poole (Terry) of Denmark and Laurie Stewart of Myrtle Beach. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Parker-Rhoden Funeral Home (117 Paul St, Walterboro, SC 29488).
