She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Bill" Howard Herndon Sr. and Lethia Pearl Herndon (Winfree); her daughter Suzanne "Suzy" Michelle Roerig-Mendenall; and her husband Frederick Robert Roerig. She is survived by: her children, Patricia "Patti" Helen Roerig, Karla Ann Mayberry (Theresa "Terri" Mayberry), William "Bill" Robert Herndon Roerig (Angie Roerig), Joy Michon Roerig and Elizabeth "Libby" Lea Roerig (Taylor "Tay" M.); and her grandchildren, Herndon Joseph Mendenall, Kaitlin Ashley Mayberry, Mikka Lee Mendenall, Julia Michon Roerig Nuss, William John Roerig Nuss, Isabella Ramsey Roerig and Battle Robert Roerig Smith.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Maple Park Cemetery-Aurora (2 W Prospect St, Aurora, MO 65605).
