He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Adderson Smith, Sr. and Annie Margaret Smith; his stepdaughter Tina Craven; and his brother Gene Smith. He is survived by: his wife Shirley O'Kelley Smith; his children, Randy Smith (Kim) of Ridgeville, Robert Smith of Bowman, Denise Crawford of Goose Creek and Derek A. Smith (Eva) of Cottageville; his stepchildren, Darrell Hersberger of Florida, Dena "Dusti" Street of Cross and Cyndi Colson (Michael) of Walterboro; and his brother Jim "Tony" Smith (Marilyn). He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
