Linda Glanton Godley Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Linda Glanton Godley of Walterboro, South Carolina, who passed away on January 6, 2026 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Dale Glanton and Bettie Poston Glanton. She is survived by: her husband Travis J. Godley, Sr.; her sister Shelly Shellabarger (Randy); her daughter Robin; her stepchildren, T. J. Godley (Holly) of Saint Helena Island and Denise Godley Givens (Joseph) of Islandton; her stepgrandchildren, Noah Givens, Jonah Givens, Micah Givens and Ezrah Givens; and her pet Lucy.

Before making South Carolina her home, she was a purchasing agent for the EPI Foundation in Englewood, Ohio.
