She is survived by: her close friend Darren Thornley of Walterboro; her sons, Wesley Levitt (Alison) of Hollywood and Shawn Levitt (Sally) of North Charleston; her grandchildren, Charles Andrew Levitt (Elizabeth), Sara Levitt LaBate (Nicholas), Kearston Avery Levitt and Cody Perry Levitt (Kasara); her great grandchildren, Charles Kenneth Levitt, Grace Catherine Levitt and Wyatt Taylor LaBate; and her siblings, Percy Ray Grooms (Connie) of Cross and Dorothy St. Cyr of Bamberg. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Glendale Memorial Chapel (2210 Mt Carmel Rd, Walterboro, SC 29488).
