She was predeceased by: her husband Oliver Benjamin Keegan; her parents, Jack NeeSmith and Blandeler Carter NeeSmith; her son Kenny Benjamin Keegan; and her siblings, Johnnie NeeSmith and Becky Horne.

She is survived by: her children, Scott Webber (Melody) of Green Pond and Jenny Jones (Danny) of Ruffin; and her sister Bonnie Frakes of Walterboro. She is also survived by four grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.
