She is survived by: her children, Steve Bilka (Judy), Larry Bilka (Vicki), Lila and Violet; her stepgrandson Marcus Koth (Brandy); her children, Brooke, Morgan, Richard Owen III and Vance; and her siblings, JoAnna Herndon, Paul Pye (Fran) and Beth Murdaugh (Mark).
