He is survived by: his father Russell Clark Mixon (Marsha Stanley) of Hampton; his stepfather Jim Stophel (Barbara Forrest) of West Virginia; his brother Kevin Mixon (Donna Gail) of Ruffin; his niece Sarah Hayden (Brandon); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Owen and Addison; his niece Amanda Alvarez (Bryan); B. J.. He is also survived by Aunts, Uncles as well as countless cousins and many special friends.
