He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Legette and Tobitha Burbage Legette; and his grandson Mason Legette. He is survived by: his spouse Beverly Craven Legette; his children, Ashley Padgett (Clyde) and Clayton Legette; and his grandchildren, Hayden, Eli, Graham and Elton Padgett.
