With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Sue Plumley of Walterboro, South Carolina, born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, who passed away on June 4, 2021 at the age of 57. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Everett Blackburn and Margaret Lucille Stuart Blackburn. She is survived by: her significant other Timmy Sluss; her children, Stacy Balbino (Marcio) of Cottageville, Geneva Droze of North Charleston and Jason Plumley; her grandchildren, Kaycee Sluss, Allie Sluss, Luzia Sluss, Marcio Balbino, Jr., Ania Droze, Michael Droze, Matthew Droze and Patrick Plumley; and her siblings, Linda Williams (David) of Ohio, Judy Blackburn of North Charleston, James Blackburn II of Ohio and Charles Blackburn of Ohio. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
