She was predeceased by: her parents, Louie Ladine Nettles and Argenia Lyons Nettles Langdale; her son John Wade; her great grandchild Alayah Nicole Scharer; her siblings, Rita Nettles Sabbagh and Edwin "Dinkie" Nettles; her niece Christina Marie Hughes; and her nephew Louie Nettles.
She is survived by: her daughters, Genia Vaughan of Walterboro and Robin Scott of Louisianna; her grandchildren, Argenia Vaughan, Jason Wade, John Aaron Wilson and Skyler Scott; her great grandchildren, Aaron Khadam, Alex Khadam and Graham Wilson; and her nieces and nephews, Angela Albramo Miller, Casey Albramo Tiani, Nabeel Sabbagh, Jr., David Nettles, Liz Nettles and Kevin Nettles.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Brice W. Herndon and Sons Funeral Homes and Crematory, Walterboro Chapel (1193 Bells Hwy, Walterboro, SC 29488). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Brice Herndon Funeral Chapel (1193 Bells Hwy, Walterboro, SC 29488).
