He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Porter Mangrum and Flossie Irene Bell Mangrum; his son-in-law Howard Streets; and his siblings, Joe Mangrum, Porter Mangrum, June Carroll and Trudy Downs.
He is survived by: his wife Sarah Arnold Mangrum; his children, Brenda Streets of Charleston, Dianne Loftin (Lenn) of Piedmont, Keith Mangrum (Angie) of Marietta, Bonita Ellwein (Dan) of Ridgeland and Denise McCracken (Tommy) of Charleston; his brother Hollice Mangrum of Tennessee; and his grandchildren, Tammy McGarity (Frank), Ginnie Fowler (Scott), Crystal Crisp (Adam), Andy Streets (Natasha), Lindsay Harrison (Joe), Tiffany McDowell (Sam), Laura Mangrum, Ryan McCracken (Beth), Sarah Brock (Rachel), Olivia Walden (Brian), Amy Ellwein and Isabelle Ramey (Josh). He is also survived by twenty-seven great grandchildren; and six great great grandchildren.
