She was predeceased by: her parents, Roland Cothran and Essie Turner Cothran; and her son Broadus Astor Brownlee, III. She is survived by: her son Gary Brownlee (Lynn); her daughter-in-law Linda Brownlee; her grandchildren, Little Gary Brownlee, David Brownlee (Amanda) and Crystal Barbe (Ben); and her close friend Emma Bryant. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
