He is survived by: his wife Janice Marler Medlock of Highway; his children, Danny Ray Medlock (Angel) of Virginia Beach, VA and Stephanie Lynn Medlock of Princeton; his siblings, Edward Medlock of Simpsonville, Frances Gambrell of Anderson, Bobbie Coker (Alton) of Belton and Brenda Bryant of Piedmont; and his granddaughter Amber Medlock.
