It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sybil Willard (Ware Shoals, South Carolina), born in Anderson, South Carolina, who passed away on September 14, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Rev. William T. Willard; her parents, Charles Edward and Janie Reid Hollard; her grandson Bass Hammett Willard; and her siblings, J. T., Grady, Charles, Billy, Wilford Holland, Edna Holland Strickland and Grace Holland.

She is survived by: her sons, William T. Willard, Jr. and Dr. Charles E. "Gene" Willard; her daughter-in-law Anita of Ware Shoals; her sisters-in-law, Shirley Holland of Ware Shoals and Charlotte Holland of Honea Path; and her grandchildren, Sharon Willard Cobb, William T. "Bill" Willard, III and Beth Willard Greene. She is also survived by four great- grandchildren, 10 great, great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
