It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gloria Wood Taylor of Warrenville, South Carolina, who passed away on January 2, 2026, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Wood and Mary Wood; and her siblings, Almon Benjamin "A. B." Wood, Larry Wood, Rev. Leo Wood, Rev. Randy Wood, Marguerite Jones, Judy Kinkle and Annette Wood.
She is survived by: her husband George Ray Taylor, Jr.; and her children, Christopher G. Taylor (Lisa), Ray Taylor (Kim), Michelle Landrum (Russ) and Malissa Kaye Freeman (Charlie). She is also survived by eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
