She was predeceased by: her parents, Relferd Ronald, Sr. and Lois Ann Preston Lanier; and her sibling Relferd Ronald "Shot" Lanier, Jr.. She is survived by: her close friend Ricky Dabbs; her aunt Red Velvet Cakes; her siblings, Debra Lee Miller and Jeffery Todd Lanier; and her aunt Patsy Randall.
