He was predeceased by: his father Luther Watkins; his wife Brenda V. Watkins; and his siblings, Luther "Tony" Watkins and Beverly Watkins. He is survived by: his mother Madeline Turner Brown. He is also survived by eight daughters, and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
