He is survived by: his spouse Bobbie Jean Cummins Barnett of Highway; his mother Betty Brown Barnett; his son Robert Barnett of Waterloo; and his siblings, David William Barnett, Jr. of Barnwell and Delilah Goodwin of Moonville.
