He is survived by: his wife Vicki Smith; his children, Jason Smith (Candi Smith), Christopher Smith (Angel Smith) and Dena Hayslip; his siblings, James Smith (Cherial Smith) and Tammy Smith; and his grandchildren, Tyler, Summer, Jake, Harley, Ragg, Skip and Corey.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, June 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Turning Point Church of God.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Vicki Smith.
