He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Fetherbay and Elsie Fetherbay. He is survived by: his wife Valerie Fetherbay; his children, Kathy and Gregg; and his stepchildren, Gail and Jon. He is also survived by 2 nieces, and several grandchildren.
