He was predeceased by: his father John Calvin; and his siblings, Betty, Rick and Geraldine. He is survived by: his wife Linda Sue Moore; and his children, Danny Moore (Michelle), Heather Moody (Eric), Holly Wilson (Jeff) and Karey Dybowski (Dave). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 3 great grandchildren.
